any debt, no matter how small, as long as the debt
is less than six years old when we are first instructed. |

to chase up debts that have exceeded the due payment date, thus

J Collections employs a variety of methods to recover outstanding
debts, including the use of letters, telephone calls and visits
by one of our authorised agents. In straightforward cases merely
the intervention of an objective, but experienced, third party will
be enough to secure payment. In other cases, persistent written,
verbal, or personal communication with the debtor will be required,
persistence being one of the key elements of our business.

appropriate we will try and maintain any positive business relationship
between client and debtor and will at all times keep the client
fully informed as well as involving them in the decision making
process itself. |

to you to recover the monies owed. We are also able to undertake
the service of legal process on your behalf including the preparation
and issuing of Claims and Statutory Demands and Bankruptcy Petitions
in the County and High Courts. In addition we liaise on your behalf
with solicitors and courts as and where required. |
